SHOKUPAN 食パン [shòk ú páń]

simply translating to “eating bread”: a soft, fluffy, pillowy Japanese milk bread

From the creative mind of Executive Chef KT Cheung comes Cambridge’s newest pop-up concept: MIKKUSU. Meaning “to mix”, Chef KT will be featuring a variety of flavors mixed together to create a unique and comforting Japanese SANDO menu.

Chef KT’s attention to detail begins with her Japanese milk bread (shokupan) proofed and baked from scratch daily and continues to flow into her carefully curated menu. Beyond just flavor, Chef KT’s menu will be putting her full array of technical skill on display from intricately folded tamago-yaki to her delicately fried thin-sliced zucchini.

SANDOS

Each sando will be served with complimentary sides of mixed greens, assorted pickles, and kinpira gobo.
